Apply in confidence →Join a national legal team as an in-house barrister providing advocacy and advisory support across commercial litigation, personal injury, family and employment matters. The role combines drafting, advisory conferences and regular courtroom advocacy, delivered both remotely and in person.
You will work closely with case handlers and other legal colleagues to deliver efficient, client-focused outcomes. The advocacy team is supported by clerking and diary management to enable a strong focus on case preparation and hearings.

- Qualified barrister or solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience (or equivalent higher advocacy accreditation)
- Practical advocacy experience in commercial litigation, personal injury, family law or employment tribunals
- Experience of drafting, advising and conducting conferences, with confident courtroom presentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with case teams; strong communication skills
