Growing legal team for a well-established UK-headquartered firm seeks an in-house lawyer to provide pragmatic commercial and regulatory advice across the business. The role sits within a central legal function and will support multiple UK offices while being based in Newcastle.

The post-holder will handle commercial contracts, supplier/customer arrangements, regulatory queries and general corporate support. You will work closely with business stakeholders and senior management to reduce legal risk and enable commercial objectives.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent (England & Wales) or comparable qualification.
Proven experience advising on commercial contracts and regulatory matters, in-house or in private practice.
Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage a varied workload across multiple UK locations and communicate clearly to non‑legal colleagues.
