Join the legal team of a well-established national organisation as an in-house lawyer specialising in real estate and planning. The role will support property and development activity across the UK, providing day-to-day commercial legal advice and overseeing external advisers where needed.

Typical responsibilities include advising on property transactions, leases, development and planning consents, carrying out due diligence, drafting and negotiating commercial documents, and working closely with commercial, estates and development teams to manage risk and deliver projects.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent admission in England & Wales (or equivalent UK qualification).
Practical experience advising on commercial real estate and planning matters, including transactions, leases and development/consents.
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; comfortable managing external counsel.
Commercial mindset, stakeholder-facing communication skills and the ability to work across multiple UK locations.
