Income Partner — Litigation, Seattle

Established national law firm is seeking an Income Partner to join its Seattle litigation team. The role focuses on commercial litigation matters, with insurance coverage and bad-faith experience considered a strong plus. Candidates will be expected to lead significant matters and serve as a hands‑on first chair in depositions, hearings and trials.

The successful candidate will manage cases from intake through resolution with a high degree of independence, working in both state and federal courts. The office supports experienced litigators who have practiced in large firm or boutique settings and who can mentor junior lawyers while maintaining a strong individual practice.

The firm seeks candidates admitted to the Washington bar (admission to Oregon, Idaho, or Alaska a plus). A competitive compensation package is offered; the current estimated salary range for Washington is approximately $270,000–$300,000.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice in Washington state.
• Minimum ~12 years of commercial litigation experience, with substantial first‑chair, deposition, and trial exposure preferred.
• Experience in insurance coverage and bad‑faith litigation preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills and proven ability to run cases independently from start to finish.
• Federal and state court experience and prior experience at a large firm or boutique preferred.
