Senior commercial practice opening for an established partner to join a global law firm in Seattle. The role will focus on corporate M&A and capital markets work, together with transactional and contentious matters in technology and life-sciences related IP. The team serves corporate clients across technology, financial services, energy and life sciences sectors.

This is a leadership role expected to originate and drive client relationships, work collaboratively across practices and offices, and supervise junior lawyers on complex cross-border matters. The team values experience in both deal work and related litigation or transactional IP matters.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in M&A and/or capital markets transactions
Experience advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors
Demonstrated client origination and team leadership skills on cross-border matters
Active bar admission and JD or equivalent qualification
