You will provide practical, commercial advice on union engagement, collective bargaining and industrial disputes, working autonomously and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes aligned to business objectives.
- Minimum 5 years' PQE in industrial relations / employment law.
- Practical experience dealing with unions, collective bargaining and industrial disputes.
- Ability to provide strategic, commercially focused advice and to work independently in a fast‑moving business environment.
- Current practising certificate and legal right to live and work in Australia.
- Available for a 3‑month full‑time (hybrid) secondment.
