Apply in confidence →Top-tier energy & infrastructure practice seeks a mid-level associate (3–9+ years) to join its infrastructure projects team in Washington, D.C. (multiple U.S. office locations possible). The role focuses on infrastructure project work including PPPs, concessions and project financings for both public‑ and private‑sector participants.
Successful candidates will work closely with deal teams on greenfield infrastructure projects across core sectors such as toll roads, airports, bridges and tunnels, water/wastewater, digital infrastructure, energy transition and data centers. The group offers structured training, mentoring and client-facing opportunities in a collaborative environment.
- 3–9+ years of infrastructure project experience, with strong PPP/concessions and project finance background
- Experience representing equity sponsors, lenders or other private‑sector participants in PPPs is required
- Greenfield infrastructure experience and familiarity with core assets (toll roads, airports, water, digital, energy transition, data centers) preferred
- Excellent academic record, superior written and oral communication skills, and membership in the bar of the state where the attorney will be based
