The team advises on a broad range of transactional matters including private equity and other corporate transactions. German legal qualification (state examinations) with strong academic results
Demonstrable interest or experience in corporate/M&A, private equity or transactional work
Excellent written and spoken English; international experience or a foreign degree/PhD is an advantage
Team-oriented, communicative, commercially minded and motivated to take responsibility
