Senior litigation-focused innovation attorney to advise lawyers and matter teams on applying legal technology and generative AI to litigation workflows. You will partner with practice leaders and technology teams to configure tools, develop templates and custom workflows, and pilot solutions that improve efficiency, insight and client service.

The role serves as a liaison between litigators, clients and the Technology function, onboarding client collaborations, ensuring alignment with security and ethical guidelines, and driving adoption through training and communications. You will report to the Director of Practice Tech & AI and work across practice groups and firm teams on firm-wide innovation projects.

JD and admission to the relevant state bar
Approximately 2 years of post-qualification litigation experience
Practical experience with legal technology and generative AI; strong technology proficiency
Experience evaluating/implementing tech solutions, business analysis or client-facing consulting roles
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical guidance; strong communication and stakeholder skills
Design-thinking mindset, self-starter, organized and collaborative under shifting deadlines
