Apply in confidence →Join a leading international law firm’s Innovation team as an Innovation Attorney supporting the Litigation and Intellectual Property business units. This role partners with lawyers, knowledge, and practice teams to design and deliver technology-driven solutions that improve matter workflow, efficiency, and client-facing reporting. Remote U.S. locations will be considered.
Typical responsibilities include leading and supporting projects to digitalize practice (automation, data capture, dashboards), vetting and piloting legal technology (including generative AI), serving as product manager for select tools, and embedding practice content and workflows into matter lifecycle processes for large litigation and IP matters.
The role also provides one-on-one support and training to lawyers and teams, helps capture and leverage matter and experience data, and collaborates with analytics, case management, and support teams to improve client collaboration and operational efficiency.
- J.D. and admission to practice in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- Approximately 6 years’ post-qualification experience as a litigation or IP attorney in a large law firm.
- Practical experience or strong enthusiasm for legal technology and generative AI; experience piloting or implementing tools preferred.
- Strong project management, analytical, written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with matter management workflows, knowledge management, and efficiency best practices; willingness to travel as needed.
