Apply in confidence →Leading international law firm is seeking an Innovation Attorney to support Litigation and IP business units across its U.S. offices (remote US considered). The role sits on the central Innovation team and partners with practice leadership to design and roll out people, process, and technology improvements that increase efficiency and client value.
The attorney will lead projects to digitalize litigation/IP workflows, pilot and product-manage legal technology (including generative AI), build knowledge and precedent libraries, and create client-facing dashboards and reporting. The role involves collaboration with lawyers, practice operations, analytics teams, and external vendors to drive adoption and measure ROI.
This is a hands-on role combining legal subject-matter experience with project management, change management, and legal-technology advocacy to improve matter delivery for large litigation and IP matters.
- J.D. and admission to practice in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
- Approximately 6 years' post-qualification experience as a litigation or IP attorney in a large law firm
- Demonstrated experience with legal technology, automation, and familiarity with generative AI use cases
- Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with knowledge management, matter workflow design, and data-driven reporting; ability to travel as needed
