You will advise lawyers and practice teams on integrating GenAI, data analytics, workflow automation, and other productivity tools to improve efficiency, quality and client service.

The role serves as a bridge between regulatory lawyers, clients, and the technology organization: configuring platforms and templates, piloting solutions on live matters, supporting client collaborations, and helping scale successful innovations across practice groups.

Reporting to the director of practice technology and AI, you will partner with practice leaders, technology teams, training, risk and business development to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive adoption of legal tech in regulatory workflows.

  • J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to the relevant state bar.
  • Minimum ~2 years of experience as a practicing lawyer or in a legal operations/innovation role; regulatory experience preferred.
  • Practical experience with legal technology, generative AI, data/analytics, or technology-enabled workflows; familiarity with matter lifecycle in regulatory practice preferred.
  • Experience in solution design, business analysis or client-facing projects; strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to lawyers and clients.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving, project management and stakeholder engagement abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office.
