Seeking an Innovation Attorney to partner with transactional practice groups on applying legal technology and generative AI to matter workflows. This role advises lawyers and teams on practical tech-enabled solutions that increase efficiency, consistency and client value.

The attorney will serve as a bridge between practicing lawyers, clients, and the firm’s technology organization: configuring platforms, developing templates and custom workflows, onboarding clients to shared processes, and supporting adoption through training and communications.

Responsibilities include piloting and scaling practice-specific technology solutions, evaluating third‑party tools, collaborating on cross‑functional projects (BD, risk, records, training, etc.), and staying current on emerging legal and non‑legal technologies.

  • JD and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
  • Approximately 2 years’ post‑qualification experience in a law firm or legal operations role with transactional matter exposure
  • Demonstrated interest and experience with legal technology and AI (GenAI) and familiarity with lifecycle of transactional matters
  • Experience with solution design, business analysis or client-facing consulting preferred
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for lawyers and clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning/configuring legal platforms
