Seeking an Innovation Attorney to partner with transactional practice groups on applying legal technology and generative AI to matter workflows. This role advises lawyers and teams on practical tech-enabled solutions that increase efficiency, consistency and client value.

The attorney will serve as a bridge between practicing lawyers, clients, and the firm’s technology organization: configuring platforms, developing templates and custom workflows, onboarding clients to shared processes, and supporting adoption through training and communications.

Responsibilities include piloting and scaling practice-specific technology solutions, evaluating third‑party tools, collaborating on cross‑functional projects (BD, risk, records, training, etc.), and staying current on emerging legal and non‑legal technologies.

JD and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
Approximately 2 years’ post‑qualification experience in a law firm or legal operations role with transactional matter exposure
Demonstrated interest and experience with legal technology and AI (GenAI) and familiarity with lifecycle of transactional matters
Experience with solution design, business analysis or client-facing consulting preferred
Strong communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for lawyers and clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning/configuring legal platforms
