Leading US firm seeks a mid-level Insurance Associate to join a national insurance litigation practice in New York. The role focuses on litigating complex business and insurance disputes across trial and pre-trial phases.

Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research and writing, managing discovery and motion practice, and witness preparation. Candidates with prior insurance coverage litigation experience are preferred but strong commercial litigation experience will also be considered.

The listed New York salary range for this role is $235,000 - $390,000 (final offer will depend on experience and qualifications).

2–6 years' litigation experience (PQE)
Strong academic credentials and writing/research skills
Experience with discovery, motion practice, and witness preparation
Prior insurance coverage litigation experience preferred
Admission to the New York bar (or eligible)
