Leading national law firm seeks a partnership-track Insurance Coverage associate to join its insurance practice in Miami. The role focuses on coverage litigation and counseling for first- and third-party insurance matters, working directly with clients and collaborating across practices.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of insurance coverage experience (policy interpretation and litigation) and strong drafting, analytical, and client-facing skills. The firm encourages pro bono participation and offers opportunities for technical development and client responsibility.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience in insurance coverage (policyholder or insurer representation)
Litigation experience with familiarity in first- and third-party policy interpretation
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Comfort working directly with clients and taking initiative on matters
Strong academic record and willingness to perform pro bono work
Bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction preferred or required within one year
