Join a growing insurance coverage litigation team in Seattle handling first‑party and third‑party coverage analysis and defending bad‑faith and related coverage disputes across Washington and other U.S. jurisdictions.

The role involves drafting coverage opinions and advice, conducting legal research and memoranda, preparing pleadings, discovery, motions and briefs, and taking an active role at depositions, hearings and mediations. You will manage matter workflow, deadlines and client communication in a fast‑paced practice.

Admission to practice in Washington State.
Experience in insurance coverage or commercial litigation with an interest in coverage work.
Strong legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent organization, time‑management and ability to handle sensitive, time‑sensitive matters and multiple projects.
