Insurance Coverage Attorney — Austin (Hybrid/Remote)

National insurance-focused firm is seeking an experienced insurance coverage attorney to join its US coverage practice. The role is based in the Austin office with flexibility for hybrid or remote work and will sit on a team that handles policy interpretation, coverage litigation and bad-faith matters for insurer clients.

The attorney will handle coverage analyses and opinions, draft pleadings and dispositive motions, manage discovery and participate in hearings and depositions as needed. The group offers formal mentoring, business development training and firm-wide associate support to help build a long-term practice.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant insurance coverage and litigation experience.
• Proven experience drafting coverage opinions, pleadings and dispositive motions; conducting discovery and managing coverage disputes.
• Experience with bad-faith matters and depositions preferred.
• Admission and good standing in the state where the attorney will practice; additional state admissions a plus.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and the ability to work collaboratively on multi-jurisdictional matters.
