Growing, internationally‑connected insurance-defense team seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its New Jersey office. The role offers exposure to a broad docket of first- and third-party liability matters and opportunities to develop courtroom and client-handling skills within a specialist insurance practice.

Successful candidates will work on strategy and case management, draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery and take/defend depositions, and participate in mediations and trials. The team provides mentoring, business-development training and opportunities for internal secondments across its global network.

Position is onsite/hybrid in New Jersey. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered (salary band noted below).

3–6 years of insurance defense litigation experience (premises liability, motor vehicle/UM‑UIM, negligent security, professional liability, wrongful death preferred)
Admission and good standing in New Jersey; additional state admissions a plus
Proven litigation skills: motion practice, depositions, trial and mediation experience
Strong legal research, drafting and client communication skills; substantive familiarity with New Jersey court rules and procedures
