National law firm seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join a virtual national counsel team handling automobile insurance defense matters, with particular emphasis on minimum financial responsibility claims and related personal injury and property damage litigation.

The role is remote but requires residence in Georgia and an active Georgia bar license. The position involves managing a nationwide docket, coordinating with colleagues in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice area, and a flexible billable-hour expectation.

Ideal candidates are tech-forward (comfortable leveraging technology and AI), highly organized, and able to handle multiple matters while articulating clear legal strategies.

  • Active Georgia bar license required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance defense, including automobile insurance and minimum financial responsibility matters
  • Proven experience managing personal injury and property damage cases and coordinating national counsel
  • Comfortable using technology and AI tools; willing to learn firm-approved platforms
  • Strong judgment, organization, and ability to manage a high-volume nationwide docket
