Insurance Litigation Associate (mid-level) — London

Mid-level associate role within a market-leading insurance and professional risks disputes team based in London. The team handles complex coverage disputes, professional indemnity claims and regulatory matters for a mix of insurers, policyholders and brokers across sectors including energy, real estate and financial institutions.

The role involves running discrete pieces of contentious work, supporting and occasionally leading on cases, and advising on contentious regulatory and policy-review matters. There are opportunities to work on high-value, cross-border litigation and to develop sector expertise.

• Qualified/admitted solicitor in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Typically 2–4 years' PQE (open to candidates with slightly more or less experience).
• Experience in contentious insurance work (coverage disputes, professional indemnity and/or insurance regulatory matters).
• Strong drafting, advocacy and project-management skills; able to supervise junior colleagues and manage client communication.
