Insurance Litigation Special Counsel — New York

Senior litigation role on a national insurance & reinsurance disputes team. The position focuses on pretrial and trial work, with significant involvement in arbitration matters, witness preparation, expert discovery and complex briefing. This is a senior off-track special counsel role expected to take on meaningful responsibility.

Based primarily in New York with consideration for candidates in Boston or Washington, DC, the team uses a hybrid model with approximately 60% in-office work. The group emphasizes collaborative, results-driven advocacy for clients in insurance, reinsurance and related commercial disputes.

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted or eligible for admission in NY, MA or DC
• 7+ years of litigation experience, with insurance/reinsurance experience preferred
• Demonstrated arbitration and trial/practice experience, including witness prep and expert discovery
• Excellent written/verbal communication, strong organization and attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
