Intellectual Property Associate — Boca Raton (Chemistry-focused Patent Litigation)

Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join its IP team in Boca Raton (other office placements possible). The role suits candidates with a strong technical background in chemistry who prefer litigation-focused work or a blend of litigation and prosecution.

Ideal candidates will have approximately two years of post-qualification experience, demonstrable experience in patent litigation (Hatch-Waxman experience a plus), and graduate-level training in chemistry is preferred. Applicants must hold an active law license in good standing for their resident state.

• J.D. with admission and license in good standing in the resident state
• Approximately 2 years’ experience in patent litigation (pharmaceutical Hatch‑Waxman experience a plus)
• Strong technical background in chemistry; graduate-level training preferred
• Comfort handling litigation-focused matters or a mixture of litigation and prosecution
