Top-tier New York litigation team is seeking a mid-level Intellectual Property associate to join its trademark, copyright and trade-secret litigation practice. The role involves immediate responsibility on a busy docket of high‑profile district court and appellate matters, including infringement and enforcement work.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior litigators on motion practice, discovery, depositions and client counseling, and will help manage complex, time-sensitive matters. The team values strong litigation instincts, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and an ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

3–6 years of experience in trademark, copyright, or trade‑secret litigation
Federal district court and appellate litigation experience; comfort with motion practice and discovery
Superior academic credentials and strong research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage a heavy docket, work collaboratively with senior lawyers, and communicate effectively with clients
