Intellectual Property Associate — Trademarks & Copyrights (Atlanta)

Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property associate to join its Trademarks & Copyrights group. The role is based in the Atlanta office with additional opportunities in Century City and San Francisco; the team handles both trademark prosecution and enforcement/litigation work.

The position is best suited to candidates with several years of focused trademark experience, strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to technical detail. The team accepts applications from all sources.

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience focused on trademark work (prosecution and enforcement/litigation)
• Demonstrable experience drafting and prosecuting trademark applications and handling enforcement matters
• Excellent academic record and strong written and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively on complex IP matters
