The role offers regular client contact, hands-on case work, and structured professional development within a collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation matters (Hatch‑Waxman, biosimilars, or related disputes) and a strong technical background in molecular biology, cellular biology, or biochemistry. A master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred but not required. Applicants must be an active member of the bar in the state of the office to which they apply.
- 3–5 years of litigation experience in a large law firm, focused on patent/IP disputes
- Practical experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical patent litigation (Hatch‑Waxman, biosimilars preferred)
- Technical background in molecular biology, cellular biology, or biochemistry; advanced degree preferred
- Excellent research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Active member of the state bar for the office to which you apply
