Admission to the State Bar of the office jurisdiction is required. Candidates should be prepared to handle motion practice, discovery, claim construction, and PTAB matters under supervision.
- 2–4 years of litigation experience, with exposure to patent and/or trade-secret matters
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills; ability to work independently and in teams
- Admission to the State Bar of the office where the candidate will be based
