Fast-growing IP litigation team is seeking a technically qualified associate with a strong litigation foundation to join its U.S. practice. The role focuses on patent and trade-secret litigation across federal courts and administrative forums, working on high-stakes matters for technology clients.

You'll join a collegial, team-oriented practice that emphasizes substantive courtroom and trial experience, client-facing advocacy, and development through formal training and mentoring. Multiple U.S. office locations are available; this listing references the Austin office.

Admission to the State Bar of the office jurisdiction is required. Candidates should be prepared to handle motion practice, discovery, claim construction, and PTAB matters under supervision.

2–4 years of litigation experience, with exposure to patent and/or trade-secret matters
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
Excellent legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills; ability to work independently and in teams
Admission to the State Bar of the office where the candidate will be based
