Intellectual Property Litigation Associate — Washington, D.C.

Leading international firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level IP litigation associate to join its Intellectual Property & Technology practice in Washington, D.C. (also hiring for Seattle and Silicon Valley offices). The team handles complex patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes, including trial and appellate work and ITC matters across life sciences, consumer goods and high-tech sectors.

Ideal candidates will have substantial federal litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage matters independently while contributing to team strategies. Applicants must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the jurisdiction where they apply.

• Minimum ~4 years of substantive IP litigation experience (federal district court and/or ITC experience preferred)
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills; proven courtroom or dispositive-motion experience a plus
• Technical background preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Software, Life Sciences)
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; excellent academic credentials and professional references
