Intellectual Property Partner — Muscat

Well-established international law firm is recruiting a partner to lead and grow its Intellectual Property practice from the Muscat office. The role will handle cross-border IP matters for corporate and institutional clients across Oman and the wider region, working closely with international teams.

The firm seeks a commercially minded partner with an established portable practice who can originate and manage client relationships, develop business locally, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a leadership role with responsibility for practice development and high-value client work.

• Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property law (prosecution, enforcement, licensing and cross-border transactions).
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is required.
• Experience working with international clients and coordinating multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Strong commercial judgment, business development skills and team leadership/mentoring experience.
