Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow a Transportation & Maritime practice in Muscat. The role offers responsibility for developing market presence, mentoring fee-earners, and delivering high-quality advisory and transactional work across shipping and logistics matters.

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of partner-level business generation and relationship management in the region, able to take on leadership responsibilities and build a cohesive local practice team. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination is welcome.

Established partner or equivalent with significant experience in transportation and maritime matters
Proven business development and client relationship record; portable book of business desirable
Experience leading teams and developing junior lawyers
Regional experience or strong knowledge of Oman and Gulf maritime/transport sectors preferred
