Short-term, full-time role (c.6 months) based in London with a hybrid pattern (approximately three days in office). You will join a law firm's flexible resourcing team to provide legal and project support to a major industry body on structured finance, leveraged finance and alternative credit workstreams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on document review, regulatory research and consultation drafting, ownership of discrete projects, and support for committees and working parties. The role offers access to firm know‑how and mentoring from a sponsoring partner while working on market-facing initiatives.

Qualified lawyer with banking/finance experience in private practice or in‑house
Strong familiarity with loan market practice and LMA‑style documentation
Experience of regulatory engagement or non‑transactional project work preferred
Ability to manage discrete projects, meet tight deadlines and prioritise competing tasks
Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a wider team
Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
