Flexible interim role for a commercially focussed contracts lawyer to join a resourcing team supplying in-house legal support to major financial services clients. Assignments are typically 3–6 months and available on a full- or part‑time basis.

The role involves drafting, negotiating and managing commercial agreements, with a focus on data, IT and research contracts. You will work with client teams on-site or remotely, supported by a sponsoring partner and access to the resourcing team’s practice support and know‑how.

This is a hands‑on position requiring strong organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines, and a collaborative approach to working with lawyers and commercial stakeholders.

Qualified lawyer (UK-qualified)
Proven commercial contracts experience, especially data, IT and research agreements
Experience working in-house and/or with financial services clients desirable
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; strong prioritisation and time management
Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
