Short-term (up to 4 months) consulting role to support commercial real estate and construction-related contract work for a client active in the data centre/power sector. The assignment starts in May 2026 and focuses on transactional and commercial drafting, negotiation and stakeholder reporting.

Typical matters include advising on power purchase agreements and power connection arrangements, easements and land rights, leasing support and associated commercial contracts linked to data centre development. The role involves liaison with internal teams and external advisers and contributing to investor and stakeholder reporting.

Mid‑to‑senior level lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience and a real estate or construction focus
Experience working in-house or on fast‑paced client assignments; comfortable dealing with investor/fund reporting
Proven ability to draft and negotiate PPAs, acquisition/connection agreements, easement and leasing documents (or equivalent commercial contracts)
Excellent organisational skills; able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
