Short-term (3–4 month) interim role supporting a major corporate/funds client via a flexible resourcing team at a leading international law firm. You will be embedded with the client team to deliver high-quality commercial and funds-related legal support while drawing on the firm's resources and know-how.

The role involves standardising processes, developing playbooks (commercial contracts, NDAs, KYC) and driving efficiency improvements across legal workflows. You will have a sponsoring partner contact from the resourcing team and access to training and firm-wide resources while on assignment.

Hybrid and flexible working arrangements may be available. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Qualified solicitor with commercial or funds experience (senior associate / counsel level)
Proven experience creating playbooks and standardising contract/KYC processes
Experience with funds or asset-management clients preferred
Strong organisational skills, able to work autonomously, to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
