Short-term interim opportunities for qualified solicitors with strong Compliance & Regulatory experience. The role places consultants on client-facing assignments across financial services, fintech, capital markets and related regulatory matters, working with established client teams and supported by a sponsoring partner from the resourcing team.

Assignments are varied in scope and duration and offer access to firm know‑how, training and internal support while working externally. Candidates should be able to step into live matters, provide pragmatic regulatory advice and manage stakeholder relationships.

This is a UK-based role; sponsorship is not available, so candidates must hold the right to work in the UK.

Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in one or more of: financial services regulation, fintech/payments, capital markets, funds, employment or commercial regulatory work.
Experience gained in top-tier firm or relevant in-house/regulatory role.
Ability to work autonomously on external assignments and collaborate with internal client teams.
Excellent communication, time-management skills and ability to hit short-term project deliverables.
Right to work in the UK; candidates will be or soon based in the UK.
