Short-term, in-house legal roles in Abu Dhabi (and Dubai) on a full-time contract basis. Assignments typically run around six months and place experienced corporate/commercial lawyers within client legal teams across sectors including real estate, financial services, infrastructure and conglomerates.

Opportunities cover high-volume commercial contracts, procurement and technology outsourcing, as well as M&A, corporate finance and investment transactions. Roles require direct collaboration with business units, procurement or investment teams and involve drafting, negotiating and advising on complex multi-jurisdictional documentation.

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4+ years PQE (many roles seek 5–10 years).
Proven commercial contracts experience and/or M&A/corporate finance transactional background.
Experience in multi‑jurisdictional transactions, due diligence and shareholders’/joint venture documentation.
Prior exposure to the UAE/Middle East market and familiarity with DIFC or ADGM frameworks is advantageous.
Comfortable working on fixed-term secondments or interim in-house placements; strong stakeholder-facing and drafting skills.
