Short-term interim role for a junior to mid-level corporate lawyer to support a Healthcare & Life Sciences client of a leading international law firm. The assignment is full-time remote through to the end of the year, with flexibility to consider a four-day week for the right candidate.

You will work on transactional corporate matters, supported by a sponsoring partner and the firm’s resourcing team. The role offers access to the firm’s know-how, training resources and networking events while on assignment.

Qualified solicitor/ lawyer with 1–6 years' corporate experience (private practice or in-house).
Transactional corporate experience; Healthcare & Life Sciences exposure advantageous.
Proven ability to work quickly to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Strong organisational skills, able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Right to work in the UK required (visa sponsorship not available).
