Flexible, interim role for a corporate lawyer to join a well-established international firm's adaptive resourcing team in London. You'll work on a mix of public and private markets matters, supporting client teams on time-limited assignments.

The role offers access to firm resources and know‑how while on assignment, plus ongoing support from a sponsoring partner and the internal resourcing team. Assignments are varied and fast‑moving, requiring responsiveness and commercial judgment.

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available) and be comfortable working autonomously on transactional matters to tight deadlines.

Qualified solicitor with corporate experience in private practice
Experience across public and private markets (securities, M&A and transactional work)
Strong drafting, organisational and prioritisation skills; able to work to tight deadlines
Collaborative team player who can also work independently on client assignments
Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
