Flexible interim role supporting a major international law firm's finance team in Singapore. You will provide legal advice on derivatives and structured products transactions, draft and review transaction documents, and help ensure compliant, efficient deal execution.

The role is delivered through the firm's interim resourcing model: you will be supported by an internal sponsor and client team, have access to firm know-how and training, and participate in firm networking events while working on external assignments.

This is a hands-on role suited to a candidate who can produce high-quality first drafts, assess capacity and authority issues, and collaborate across teams to close transactions.

4–5 years PQE with demonstrable derivatives and structured products experience
Proven ability to produce high-quality first drafts of transactional documents
Knowledge of capacity and authority considerations in financial transactions
Strong analytical, drafting and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Flexible working style suited to interim/contract assignments
