Flexible interim role for an employment lawyer to support a key client via a well‑resourced adaptive resourcing team. The assignment can be full- or part-time and is offered on a fully remote basis with regular engagement with the client team.

You will be supported by an internal sponsor and have access to the firm’s know‑how, training and resources while on assignment. The role suits a pragmatic, client-focused lawyer who can pick up matters quickly and operate independently or as part of a wider team.

Qualified solicitor with substantial employment & labour experience
Experience working in‑house desirable
Strong commercial judgement, problem-solving and collaboration skills
Ability to work quickly to tight deadlines and prioritise multiple matters
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
