A leading international law firm is seeking an interim employment lawyer to join its flexible resourcing team and support a major asset management client on a fixed-term assignment. The role is full-time, due to start as soon as possible and is expected to run for approximately six months.

You will operate as an adaptive consultant, working on-site with the client while having access to firm resources, know‑how and a sponsoring partner for support. The role suits a confident, self-starting employment lawyer comfortable handling fast-moving work in a regulated/financial‑services environment.

Qualified employment lawyer with demonstrable experience advising on contentious and/or advisory employment matters
Experience working in or for financial services or other regulated sectors is highly desirable
Ability to work autonomously, manage competing deadlines and prioritise a busy workload
Strong drafting, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
