Short-term (typical six-month) interim assignments supporting fund structuring and lifecycle work for investment organisations and regulated fund platforms in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Assignments include full-cycle fund formation, regulatory interaction and transactional support across conventional and Shari’a-compliant vehicles.

Role responsibilities typically cover drafting and negotiating fund documentation (LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements, side letters, management/advisory agreements), advising on GP/LP governance and carried interest structures, coordinating regulatory approvals with DFSA/ADGM/FSRA/SCA/CBUAE, and supporting fund closings, secondary transactions and co‑investments.

Minimum 5 years' post‑qualification experience with top‑tier funds practice experience.
Strong technical background in fund formation and fund documentation (LPA, PPM, subscription agreements, side‑letters, management agreements).
Practical experience dealing with Middle East fund regulators (DFSA, ADGM/FSRA, SCA, CBUAE) preferred.
Commercial mindset, ability to work closely with investment teams and regulators, and a consultant/outcome‑focused approach.
Practising certificate or equivalent entitling you to practise in the region; Arabic language skills and recent in‑house experience are advantageous.
