A leading international legal consultancy is seeking experienced real estate lawyers for interim assignments across the United Arab Emirates. Roles are typically six months full-time (commonly based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai) with occasional opportunities for flexible working arrangements.

Assignments cover a broad range of commercial real estate matters — planning, development and projects, property acquisitions and disposals, lease and landlord/tenant work, infrastructure and construction agreements, and real-estate aspects of corporate and finance transactions.

These are client-facing, hands-on roles where successful candidates will join existing legal teams on-site and work closely with in-house stakeholders and external advisers.

Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate (private practice or in-house)
Strong experience across leasing, construction, infrastructure and property transactions
Experience advising on real-estate aspects of corporate deals, finance and project/infrastructure agreements
Practising certificate or equivalent entitling you to practise in the region; prior UAE/Middle East experience and Arabic language skills advantageous
Consultancy mindset: adaptable, client-focused, able to operate autonomously on fixed-term assignments
