Interim Real Estate Lawyer — Amsterdam

Short-term opportunity to join a large international firm's Amsterdam Real Estate team as an interim lawyer. From day one you will work on transactional and commercial lease matters across a broad real estate portfolio including offices, retail, logistics, hospitality and sustainable energy projects.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines (notaries, tax, finance) and with international teams, taking ownership of files, drafting and reviewing documentation, and supporting transactions and lease disputes. The team offers an informal, collegial environment with strong cross-border deal flow.

• Master's degree in Dutch law and admission as an advocaat (beëdigd)
• Proven experience with real estate transactions and Dutch lease law
• Ability to manage files independently and work within transaction teams
• Fluent Dutch and English, comfortable in an international practice
• Available for interim/contract engagement
