Experienced funds lawyer wanted for a full-service investment management practice in Amsterdam. You will advise institutional investors and fund managers on fund structuring, transactional matters and regulatory compliance across private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real estate funds.

You will work in integrated, multidisciplinary teams alongside tax, corporate and finance specialists, act as a client-facing advisor, and contribute to business development, knowledge-sharing and mentoring of junior lawyers.

Master in Dutch law (LL.M. or equivalent)
4–8 years' post-qualification experience in investment management, funds or related financial services
Strong knowledge of corporate and/or contract law; experience with fund structuring (private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate) preferred
Familiarity or interest in financial supervision and sustainability-related regulation
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English; immediate or short notice availability preferred
