Short-term consultancy opportunity for an experienced corporate governance lawyer to join a global legal consulting platform on assignments based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Roles are typically full-time engagements of around six months, with some opportunities of 3–6 months and occasional flexible working arrangements.

The work focuses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and company secretarial matters across financial services and energy sector clients in the UAE. You will provide hands-on legal advice, support governance processes and help implement regulatory and compliance frameworks for regional organisations.

8+ years post-qualification experience, with significant exposure to corporate governance
Experience advising on company secretarial, regulatory compliance and governance frameworks (ideally in financial services or energy)

Fluency in Arabic preferred and a practising certificate or equivalent entitling you to practise in the region
Consultant mindset: adaptable, client-focused, able to manage assignments and professional development independently
