Seeking an experienced derivatives lawyer for a full-time, interim consultancy role based in Abu Dhabi (typical assignments six months). The role will advise regional financial services clients on complex OTC and structured products across multiple asset classes, working on documentation and regulatory matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating and drafting ISDA-related documentation (ISDA Master, CSA), advising front-office and risk teams, and supporting matters across interest rate, credit, equity, commodity and structured products. Assignments may sit within a global law-firm advisory platform or be placed directly with institutional clients in the UAE.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 6+ years PQE (common-law qualification preferred)
Solid experience advising on derivatives and structured products, including ISDA/CSA negotiation and related documentation
Familiarity with derivatives regulation and UAE/regional regulatory frameworks (ADGM/DIFC experience advantageous)
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills; Arabic language skills desirable but not required
