Short-term, part-time role (3 days per week) to support a global technology client on structured finance matters. You will advise on structuring, manage transactions from inception to completion, and review and negotiate transaction documentation.

This position sits within a flexible resourcing team of a leading international law firm. You will be supported by a sponsoring partner and have access to the firm's know‑how, training and resources while on assignment. Flexible/remote working arrangements are available.

Proven experience in structured finance transactions
Ideally some fintech experience and familiarity with consumer lending products
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for transaction documents
Able to manage matters from inception to completion and handle client and internal queries
Comfortable with ad hoc arrangements and flexible working patterns; available for a part‑time (c.3 days/week) interim assignment
