An international law firm is seeking a mid-level venture capital lawyer to join its flexible resourcing pool to support a key client. The role is interim and part-time (approximately 2 days per week) for an initial six-month period.

The role offers access to firm resources, training and a sponsoring partner while on assignment, and opportunities to take on market-facing VC work for institutional and commercial clients. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and the client on dynamic, time-sensitive matters.

Qualified solicitor with venture capital experience from private practice or institutional background
Practical experience with EIS and other tax-advantaged funds and familiarity with retail/consumer duty considerations
Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work autonomously or as part of a team
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available for this role)
