  • Qualified lawyer in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent civil‑law qualification
  • Practical experience in capital markets transactions, including bonds, securitisations and derivatives
  • Excellent English (written and spoken); German fluency desirable
  • Strong commercial awareness, teamwork and readiness to take early responsibility
