The advertised annual base salary range is $235,000–$365,000, with final determinations based on year classification, skills, and experience.

2–5 years’ post-qualification law firm experience in investment funds/private funds (classes 2021–2024 preferred)
Experience with private fund formation and operations, investment adviser regulatory and compliance advice, and/or fund-related/secondary transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on fund and transaction documents
Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle competing day-to-day demands
Outstanding academic credentials
